Coverage for celebrations with more than one important moment.
Coverage is shaped around the event, the place and the people involved. Two celebrations of the same length rarely need the same day.
A courtyard dinner for forty in Lisbon and a three-day estate weekend in Puglia ask for different hours, a different number of photographers and a different amount of travel. So the collections below are starting points rather than fixed products. We read the plan, then propose the version of it that fits.
Every collection includes both photographers, the full edit, and the coverage sheet that sets out exactly what the day involves. Travel is always a separate line, quoted per destination, so you can see what the photography costs and what the journey costs.
Full-day celebrations.
One day, covered end to end. The quiet hour before anyone is dressed, the ceremony, the dinner, and as much of the night as there is.
Multi-day destination coverage.
Two or three days in one place. The welcome dinner, the wedding day, and the long lunch that closes the weekend — photographed as one continuous story.
Intimate celebrations and elopements.
Two people, or two people and twenty. A short day with room in it, usually built around a walk, a ceremony and a long dinner.
What the journey involves.
Travel is quoted per destination and sits on its own line, never folded into the coverage figure.
About the collections.
Can a collection be adjusted?
Yes. Hours, days and the number of photographers all move. Tell us the plan and we will send the version of the collection that matches it rather than asking you to fit into one.
What is not included?
Travel, albums and prints sit outside the collection figure so they can be decided later. Nothing else is added after the agreement is signed.
How is payment structured?
A deposit holds the date, a second payment falls due sixty days before the celebration, and the balance is settled on delivery of the full edit.
Do you cover more than one location in a day?
Often. If the day moves between a church, a portrait location and a reception, we build the travel into the timeline and count it as coverage.
How long do prices hold?
Thirty days from the date this guide was sent. After that we re-quote against the calendar as it stands.
